Original painting displayed on 5th & Pike in downtown Seattle in collaboration with Seattle Restored. The Neon series started as an accident. When I begin any digital portrait, I use bright, polarizing colors so it’s easier to see the difference in tones when transferring the designs to canvas. This was also my second round of large canvases and I started experimenting with paint thickeners and testing my own patience.
Neon 2 is the second of the series with more similar colors.
